FNBO is looking to solve the problem of transforming banking operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology, specifically AI-powered banking solutions, and needs a Senior Developer to shape the future of their internal GenAI platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
- Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
- Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud-native approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements
- Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability
- Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure

- Work location is subject to change based on business needs
- Must work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week
