Requirements
- 1-3+ years experience in: AI/ML or generative AI implementation
- 1-3+ years experience in: RPA solutioning and bot development (esp. UiPath)
- 1-3+ years experience in: Collaboration platform support and integration (Zoom, Teams, Dropbox, etc.)
- Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, vector search, agent pipelines).
- Experience with EX platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Viva, ServiceNow HRSD).
- Comfort working with security, data privacy, and compliance teams on HR- and employee-related AI policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead The Design And Delivery Of AI Solutions Including Virtual assistants, copilots, and generative AI tools
- Personalized learning, performance insights, and nudges
- Smart scheduling and knowledge surfacing features
- Establish responsible AI governance, including policy design, risk evaluation, explainability, and oversight.
- Run an intake and evaluation process to prioritize AI, RPA, and productivity initiatives based on feasibility and business impact.
- Lead automation efforts to design and deploy RPA bots and intelligent workflows across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other functions.
- Manage and optimize enterprise collaboration tools including: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, Miro, Confluence, Jira etc.
Other
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, or collaboration technology leadership.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience building and managing a Bot CoE or automation hub.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, HR Tech, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR and HCM workflows, digital workplace strategies, and employee experience metrics is a plus
