Dolby is seeking a visionary technology leader to define and drive their enterprise-wide AI strategy, transforming how the company works, serves customers, and delivers value through the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in AI/ML or intelligent automation.
- Proven success in implementing enterprise AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong foundation in business process engineering and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technologies including NLP, generative AI, ML, and computer vision.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the company-wide AI and automation roadmap.
- Build learning programs, governance frameworks, and tools that empower business units to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to redesign workflows using AI and automation.
- Stay current on AI trends and implement relevant technologies (e.g., LLMs, RPA, ML platforms).
- Identify high-impact opportunities, pilot solutions, and scale successful initiatives.
- Define and track metrics to measure the value and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on AI strategy, data science, and automation engineering.
