Ansira is looking to solve the problem of developing and delivering an enterprise-wide AI strategy to transform internal operations and deliver value to clients
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology or digital leadership, with recent, hands-on experience leading AI-enabled strategy and delivering solutions at scale
- Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes, in both internal operations and client-facing products
- Deep understanding of modern AI, including generative AI, NLP, and machine learning applications
- Experience in Marketing Technology and Services industry or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing and executing complex AI initiatives in fast-paced, results-driven environments is required
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, regulations, data governance and risk management frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an AI strategy that aligns to business priorities and balances near-term impact with long-term innovation
- Use expertise to imagine what’s possible with AI, helping teams rethink workflows, products, and services
- Partner with business and technical leaders to identify opportunities where AI would add value and shape actionable AI use cases
- Apply strong business judgment to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical applications that solve real business problems
- Deliver and scale solutions, ensuring they’re well-integrated, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Establish clear frameworks for ethical, responsible, and compliant AI use across the organization

- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education is a strong plus
