The organization is focused on building and utilizing automation to enable greater efficiency and productivity for individuals and businesses, and this role is to lead the AI Orchestration engineering team to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of AI and ML systems, including hands-on experience with user-facing LLM features, model training/tuning, and end-to-end integration.
  • Ability to strategically guide architecture and execution in evolving technology landscapes.
  • Experience developing and executing a vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership experience at the intersection of AI innovation and product impact.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and organizational development skills, with the ability to increase talent density and promote engineering best practices.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
  • Experience with architectural guidance, evolving AI infrastructure, and upholding best practices in reliability, scalability, and agile development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AI Orchestration Zone in partnership with Product and Design, co-owning strategic initiatives and unifying core AI capabilities across products.
  • Prototype and implement applied AI solutions by experimenting with new models, tools, and approaches for production-ready features.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and technical rigor, turning emerging AI capabilities into scalable, reliable features with measurable impact.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to define and execute the AI roadmap.
  • Champion engineering excellence through architectural guidance, evolving AI infrastructure, and upholding best practices in reliability, scalability, and agile development.
  • Shape the organization’s next chapter by defining the future of AI-powered automation and evolving the platform into an intelligent orchestration solution.
  • Build and mentor an engineering organization, attracting and developing top technical talent and fostering a culture of excellence and velocity.
