Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is seeking a senior leader to identify B2B payment solutions to solve for clients' and partners' business problems and drive opportunities to advance the VCS business, amidst a rapid shift from plastic to digital credentials in the B2B payments ecosystem.
Requirements
- A deep understanding and practical application of B2B payments, SaaS solutions, and APIs.
- Product and Solutioning: 10+ years of relevant product management or solutioning experience, with a focus in B2B payments and commercial solutions.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B payments industry and its regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Experience working with a diverse range of players in the payments ecosystem and understanding with their commerce and payments needs
- Track record of delivering commercially viable solutions (concept to launch), inclusive of monetization strategies and business models that align with company goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead a team of B2B payments experts to solution for clients and partners, bringing to life the power of Visa to solve their most pressing business problems and help them realize opportunities in the market.
- Create and develop new solutions and generate momentum for ideas that will move the business forward.
- Design innovative solutions that address market needs effectively.
- Assess buy, build, partner options for capability gaps.
- Vet business cases for new ideas and act as an ambassador to Global Product as you bring in opportunities for development.
- Proactively lead on solutions with our VCS Strategy team and other Visa teams outside of VCS.
- Partner early and often with regional teams to understand their strategic goals, define early-stage product requirements, ensure market readiness, and develop comprehensive product strategies across various product teams to meet the increasing demand for payment solutions.
