Requirements
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, forecasting, and predictive modeling using tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Deep understanding of data visualization, business intelligence platforms, and data storytelling techniques.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of data engineering and data infrastructure
- Experience with data science tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of dynamic pricing strategies across ticketing, premium seating, and experiences.
- Build predictive models to forecast sales, demand elasticity, and ROI of pricing and promotional strategies.
- Build and operationalize advanced predictive models (e.g., churn, demand, lifetime value, segmentation) to inform marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and tools that empower business units with real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective use of BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R, Snowflake) for reporting and modeling.
- Partner with IT and data engineering to maintain scalable, integrated, and secure data infrastructure.
- Recommend and evaluate new technologies, tools, and data sources that can enhance analytical capabilities
Other
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, or business intelligence, preferably in sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries.
- 5+ years of experience leading analytics teams and delivering high-impact, executive-facing insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, communication skills, and a passion for using data to solve business problems.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels of a matrixed organization.
