ALSAC is looking for a Sr. Director of Performance Measurement & Media Insights to optimize paid media strategies and drive measurable business growth by transforming insights into action.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading internal teams and external vendors in digital marketing and performance measurement.
- Strong business acumen and technology background to drive solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Proven success in developing and managing high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
- Strategic leader with experience building and optimizing digital campaigns to drive growth.
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on when needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic marketing decisions.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
- Experience leading dashboard development and communicating insights across teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a unified measurement strategy across all paid media channels.
- Build frameworks that connect channel performance to business outcomes and fundraising KPIs.
- Develop advanced dashboards and tools for real-time performance visibility.
- Translate complex data into compelling, executive-ready insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Architect a centralized testing function across all paid media channels (Search, Display, TV, Email, Direct Mail).
- Lead the in-house activation of 1st-party data and predictive models.
- Partner with Data & Intelligence teams to deploy new segmentation strategies.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related analytical field preferred.
- Excellent communicator—able to translate complex ideas and technology solutions into business impact for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success managing projects from inception to completion.
- Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or in a hybrid capacity from our Memphis, TN office.
