Strong expertise in brand strategy, visual design, and creative direction across multiple channels
Experience managing agency partners and external vendors
Ability to deliver cohesive, enterprise-level creative solutions
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of concept-driven campaigns and visual narratives that elevate the brand
Manage a multi-year, multi-brand integration strategy for the organization
Mentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and producers to deliver high-impact creative work
Oversee the creative process from concept to completion for marketing and brand initiatives across digital, print, video, social, and environmental design
Serve as brand steward, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and voice across all channels
Refine and evolve brand standards, including visual identity, tone, style, and brand architecture
Partner with marketing, communications, and external partners to conduct brand reviews, audits, and approvals
Other
Relevant degree preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business
10 or more years of relevant experience required
Proven experience leading and developing teams required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
