Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
- At least 8 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
- At least 6 years of experience managing people
- 6+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark)
- 6+ years of cloud native (AWS) data processing experience
- 6+ years of experience with Python
- 6+ years of Data Governance experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy.
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
- Apply a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
- Lead a growing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
- Partner with people within the Software business and across the enterprise and at external agencies and platforms.
- Drive direct and immediate business results through data-driven strategies.
- Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, and hold business partners accountable.
Other
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 10 years of experience performing data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 8 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
