Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time experience in building machine learning and/or statistical products and services
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience leading and growing a high-performing data science team
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional effort to initiate and deliver high-impact data science projects
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, clinical, operation and business stakeholders to define and align data science initiatives and roadmap
- Oversee cross-functional execution and implementation of data science initiatives, ensuring consistent alignment between goals at all levels, and translation of effort into value
- Work with teams on MLOps implementations, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices
- Represent data science perspectives in overarching data system design discussion, ensuring coherence and alignment across data acquisition, management, enrichment, and delivery
- Wear SME hat in applied statistics and applied machine learning when there is gap
- Hands-on involved in the full life cycle of solution development, from scope & definition to delivery
- Manage a high-performing team of Sr. Data Scientists and machine learning engineers
Other
- M.S. or above in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience at a healthcare organization ideally in population health
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
