Visa is seeking to drive product delivery for its Issuer Digital Products business by defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and optimization for new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the payments or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital financial products and platform
- Strong expertise in defining and executing product and platform strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making and secure influence
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Experience building a high-performing product management team with a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of platform modernization and UX design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a modular platform to deliver best-in-class digital products to issuers that align with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
- Oversee the product and platform development from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and testing
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product and platform development and delivery
- Continuously monitor and optimize product and platform performance post-launch to guide product innovation and development
- Establish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities
- Continuously monitor industry developments to ensure Visa's digital product and platform remain competitive and innovative
