Requirements
- Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum practices, product management tools, and techniques
- Strong experience managing data-driven products, preferably within healthcare or similar regulated industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
Responsibilities
- Define, articulate, and execute a product roadmap for data and analytics products
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demands
- Lead the execution of agile methodologies across multiple Scrum teams
- Oversee agile project execution, managing sprint planning, delivery timelines, and release schedules
- Coach, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and agile team members to improve agile maturity, efficiency, and productivity
- Ensure product development meets established timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Continuously gather and analyze feedback from internal and external users to iterate product offerings
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in product management, agile project management, and delivery, in data-intensive environments
- 5+ years in a leadership role required
- Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience required
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
