Requirements
- Excellent familiarity with emerging infrastructure and tooling for AI/ML application developers
- Experience with AI/ML technologies such as Kubernetes, Observability, Security, AI/ML Experiment Management, or Model Monitoring
- Experience in Gen AI Application Evaluation, MLOps, or AIOps
- 3+ years of experience in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud and open source technologies
- 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products
Responsibilities
- Lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms at Capital One
- Responsible for the core platform services for AI/ML platform that powers mission critical business applications
- Partner with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor platform performance, identify issues, and support resilience
- Set the strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience
- Measure the benefits of more powerful, faster capabilities and from a better developer experience
- Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value
- Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
