Innovaccer is looking to transform how care teams engage patients, coordinate care, and achieve outcomes that competitors cannot replicate by developing game-changing solutions for their flagship care management and population health applications, InCare and P360.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years leading VBC, care management, or population health products in healthcare technology companies.
- Proven success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Strong understanding of care management workflows (care coordination, patient engagement, care planning, utilization management, SDOH integration).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise healthcare products with measurable adoption and revenue growth.
- Track record of executive client engagement, including workshops, product demonstrations, and sales enablement.
- Experience owning or influencing product-related revenue targets and aligning product strategy with commercial success.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and executive presence, with the ability to influence C-suite leaders at health systems, payers, and ACOs.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for InCare and P360, focused on care management, patient engagement, and care coordination workflows.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions that simplify workflows and empower care teams.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and CMS/CMMI payment model changes (e.g., ACO REACH, TEAM, MSSP) to ensure products stay ahead of market needs.
- Define clear outcome-based KPIs (e.g., provider adoption, care team efficiency, patient engagement metrics, cost-of-care impact) and hold your team accountable for delivering against them.
- Inspire your team and the organization to think beyond “what customers ask for” to deliver innovations customers cannot live without.
- Own the product strategy and execution for InCare and P360, with direct accountability for adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue targets tied to the product portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled product professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Other
- Serve as a commercial-facing leader, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth and deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the executive product lead in key client meetings, sales cycles, and renewals.
- Carry shared revenue accountability—driving measurable product adoption, ARR growth, and retention across your product portfolio.
- Build deep partnerships with clients through advisory councils, workshops, and roadmap reviews, positioning InCare and P360 as indispensable to their success.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent preferred.
