Requirements
- 15+ years industry experience in human-centered design or research and +7 years as a people leader
- Must have Director level leadership experience
- Success leading high-performing research teams and attracting top talent to deliver high-quality insights
- Demonstrated success in ensuring a research team delivers strategic business value
- Deep experience leading teams who deliver both qualitative and quantitative research insights, spanning generative and evaluative research efforts
- Ability to attract and retain talent
- Strategic systems thinker
