- Product & User-Centered Design: Expertise in building digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and journey mapping.
- Data-Driven Growth: Highly proficient in using data analytics, A/B testing, and traffic analysis to optimize user experience and drive growth.
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum), system architecture (APIs, cloud computing), and the ability to act as a "technical translator" between teams.
- Application of AI/ML & Emerging Technologies: Strategic understanding of how to apply AI and Machine Learning.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint), and analytical/statistics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Stata).
- Deep expertise in e-commerce or services-based platforms.
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
