The Home Depot's Home Services digital experience needs to be shaped and executed, integrating digital and in-person touchpoints to coordinate customers, associates, and service providers throughout the service journey. This involves navigating complexity and ambiguity to transform business challenges into a strategic product roadmap that drives growth.

Requirements

  • Product & User-Centered Design: Expertise in building digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and journey mapping.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Highly proficient in using data analytics, A/B testing, and traffic analysis to optimize user experience and drive growth.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum), system architecture (APIs, cloud computing), and the ability to act as a "technical translator" between teams.
  • Application of AI/ML & Emerging Technologies: Strategic understanding of how to apply AI and Machine Learning.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint), and analytical/statistics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Stata).
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce or services-based platforms.
  • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the vision and roadmap for the Home Services digital experience, optimizing the full customer, associate, and service provider experience.
  • Use journey mapping and competitive benchmarks to identify pain points.
  • Prioritize, sequence and execute high-ROI solution roadmap that drives growth.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize customer, associate and service provider behaviors to drive growth.
  • Monitor emerging trends, technology, consumer and industry patterns.
  • Building digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and journey mapping.
  • Using data analytics, A/B testing, and traffic analysis to optimize user experience and drive growth.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in product and design.
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
