LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering to drive innovation within their Health Care Data Solutions vertical by leading multiple development squads to deliver cutting-edge Data driven solutions for their customers.
Requirements
- Have current or recent experience supporting Customer Health Care Data Solutions.
- Possess extensive developing skills and be able to resolve technology issues presented by your team.
- Possess a proven track record working with high-performance, high-reliability solutions and tools
- Experience of setting up software development capabilities and driving those initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Providing ongoing strong technical leadership where you will champion an Agile culture, advocate for scrum agile, and ensure code quality best practices.
- Building and leading highly collaborative, cross-functional, and agile world-class development teams.
- Delivering high-quality software capabilities to your internal partners in a timely and predictable cadence.
- Leading technical discussions and promoting well-architected solutions.
- Ensuring that a solid engineering approach is followed in the development of products within your area of responsibility.
- Promoting best agile practices as appropriate and ensuring teams become self-sufficient in planning and conducting agile ceremonies.
