Requirements
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing software.

- Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving e-commerce performance through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Promotional excellence: Manage tactical execution of promotional plans with marketing team alignment, agency input, and collaborate with customers to optimize builds. Post performance analysis.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management. Conduct monthly sales reporting and business reviews for key accounts.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
- Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
