Requirements
- Experience managing highly scalable platform teams
- Strategic product-minded leader
- Great cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Handling ambiguity and trade-offs, with the ability to identify requirements and find the right solution
- Experience with APIs products (such as Plaid, Twilio, Stripe) and/or developer experiences is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated fields like financial services
- Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to bring structure to complexity
Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and lead a world-class team of engineers who build the critical parts of our product platforms
- Create the technical vision for Datavant's suite of retrieval products
- Partner with product and design to ship value to customers
- Be a critical leader of the payer products and business, delivering rapid revenue and customer growth
- Be the champion & driver of product innovation processes & initiatives
- Be hands-on by leading high impact efforts
