The Product and software portfolio finance organization at GM is responsible for driving future revenue growth and strategic initiatives. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives, enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and customer value.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills/ Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
- Execute all the primary functions of Corporate Finance – modeling, analyzing, advising, presenting, and deciding
- Develop and utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate software products business cases
- Partner & collaborate cross-functionally and cross-finance to drive alignment & achievement of Digital Revenue & EBIT commitments (the Vault)
- Present insights and well thought out recommendations, including key issues for action / decision to leaders in Software & Services
- Execute special projects and analyses as required

- 5+ years of finance experience as an analyst
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
