GE Aerospace is looking to drive lean transformation within Commercial Engines and Services to enhance business performance, reduce employee burden, and improve customer impact by deploying and coaching the FLIGHT DECK operating model.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Lean Transformation, Principles & Tools, preferably in a transactional environment preferred.
- Significant and proven experience in, teaching, coaching, practicing, and applying lean methods.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, coaching and sustainment of the FLIGHT DECK lean operating model across CES and teams.
- Lead kaizen and improvement projects with a goal of achieving operating goals using KPI-based performance management and principles of SQDC… in that order.
- Coach organizational leaders to deploy Value Stream Management and establish and implement the usage of Problem Solving, Daily Management and Kaizen enabling business and customer outcomes.
Other
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading/managing teams in a Lean environment.
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.
- Relocation offered only to candidates willing to relocate to our world headquarters in Evendale, OH.
- Demonstrated bias for action with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
