As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be the engineering heart of our product. You'll work directly with the product manager to rapidly prototype, build, and launch the core platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the stack, from the database to the UI. You won't just be writing code; you'll be a key partner in making critical technical and product decisions that will shape the Product.
Requirements
- +6 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer (Python backend + React frontend).
- Strong hands-on experience with Fast API.
- Proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management, REST/GraphQL consumption).
- Experience with Ionic or similar frameworks for mobile responsiveness.
- Experience with Microservices.
- Experience using AI for accelerating software development.
- Wide experience with Replit or other collaborative prototyping AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services in Python/FastAPI with a focus on security, scalability, and clean APIs.
- Build responsive React frontends (with Ionic integration) to deliver a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.
- Integrate external APIs (e.g., payments, FX rates, authentication, contractor data).
- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Work closely with the team to deliver value in short iterations.
- Design and evolve software architectures in a rapid development environment.
