HHAeXchange is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive development of their next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform, aiming to improve usability and efficiency through Gen AI solutions and connect patients, caregivers, agencies, and payers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue
- Experience with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python
- Experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools
- Experience with high-performance SaaS solutions built on microservices and serverless architectures
- Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices to support robust, scalable functionality and interoperability with other platforms (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Develop frontend (Angular) and backend (Go) applications and services
- Build gen AI solutions into the home care agency management software product, increasing usability and efficiency while delighting users
- Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation by encouraging the exploration of new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve the platform for our users
- Mentor fellow software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
- Help determine priorities, options, and tradeoffs across key decisions and approaches
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and define goals
