Humana is looking to hire a Sr Full Stack Software Engineer to produce scalable software solutions by developing applications holistically to cater to both user experience and functionality, addressing moderately complex to complex issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in Python programming
- 4+ years' experience in software engineering
- 2+ years' experience in at least one of the following: Angular, React or Vue.js
- 2+ years' experience in at least one of the following: Java or Node.js
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or another cloud service
- At least 1 year of experience in building micro frontends and/or micro services
- Advance experience in building software with Cloud native technologies
Responsibilities
- producing scalable software solutions utilizing a range of different technologies and languages (such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C-Sharp) to develop applications approaching software holistically in order to cater to both user experience and functionality.
- involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management.
- Work across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
- Work with cloud native stack, build on Azure, AWS, or Google, use technologies like Kubernetes
- Write effective REST APIs and technical documentation
- Write automated test cases to ensure correctness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the software product
- Provide expertise to influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.
