Requirements
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with solid skills in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience with Web Technologies (Webpack, Superagent, Babel, Web Vitals, Redux Toolkit, Atomic CSS, Storybook, JSON and REST APIs)
- Experience with scripting languages (PHP, Python, Perl, or Ruby)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with test-driven development, including frontend frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and backend frameworks (TestNG)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Drive and participate in design reviews, code reviews, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality, high-performance features for our users across Web and backend platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers across frontend and backend to deliver new features, enhancements, platform improvements, and bug fixes
- Write testable, reliable, maintainable code with continuous deployment to large-scale, globally distributed production systems.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate production systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
Other
- BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively, safely and inclusively with others
