EBSCO Information Services needs to manage the creation, organization, delivery, and management of content generated from artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to support end-user information needs, maximize their research experience, and align with EBSCO's open web strategies and business objectives.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of generative AI models and their capabilities
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques
- Proven experience utilizing cutting edge AI technologies and solutions for creating and optimizing content at scale for discoverability on leading search engines and AI answer engines.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and informing the selection of appropriate generative AI models based on end-user knowledge and information needs, including custom model development and fine-tuning for specific content types.
- Lead the development of effective prompts and guidelines to ensure high-quality, relevant, and consistent content generation from AI models.
- Establish quality standards for AI-generated content, including mechanisms for monitoring accuracy, brand alignment, and ethical considerations.
- Work with colleagues to integrate generative AI content into new data warehousing environments, enterprise content management systems, workflows and applications.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in generative AI technology and identifying potential new applications for content creation.
