Fidelity Investments is looking to solve the problem of delivering modern data solutions to the Data Analyst Chapter within Compliance Technology, specifically in the area of trade activities analysis and supervision.
Requirements
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL and/or Python skills.
- Strong data analysis and data profiling skills on structured as well as semi structured formats.
- Familiarity with Jira / Jira Align is a big plus.
- Working knowledge of ModelOps, including lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance of AI and decision models is a plus.
- Experience navigating integrated enterprise data and working across multi-functional teams.
- You have a passion for continuous learning, mastering of new skills, and staying on top of the latest innovations across data analytics.
- Experience with cloud-native Supervision Platform to analyse trade activities
Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology partners to identify, review, define, interpret, and clarify scope of work in terms of business/data/system requirements and processes.
- Supplies to the analysis strategy for technology projects culminating in the creation of documentation to support project needs.
- Documents objectives, use cases, requirements, and specifications with respect to data.
- You understand Capital Markets domain and have experience analysing customer, accounts and trade data coming from order processing systems.
- You have experience in working on ETL projects.
- You are familiar with database design concepts and have worked on a variety of database platforms such as Oracle, Data Verse, Snowflake, AWS S3 etc.
- You can break up complex work into digestible work elements with applied knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in data analysis, or data engineering, or a master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and effective communicator.
- Must be able to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid working model that blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences.
