Requirements
- Practical experience applying AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Strong programming skills in ABAP, Fiori (UI5), RAP, OData Services, and SQL
- Comfort building high-performance, highly available, and scalable distributed systems
- 6+ years of deep, hands-on experience developing scalable, resilient systems on the SAP S/4HANA platform
- Experience in a multi-stack integration landscape using tools like Snaplogic, SAP PI, and REST APIs
Responsibilities
- Design & Architect AI Solutions: Lead the design and development of intelligent AI agents to automate and optimize processes within our core SAP modules, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Materials Management (MM), and Revenue
- Lead SAP Development: Own the technical design and implementation of RICEW objects, custom integrations, and extensions using ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, and modern APIs
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion the optimization of our software delivery practices, bringing greater agility and efficiency to the development process for continuous product delivery
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, BSAs, and technical colleagues to create consensus and a clear strategic vision
- Ensure System Integrity: Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and conduct regular data quality audits to ensure the stability and reliability of our SAP environment

- 8+ years of total experience with a mandatory BE/B.Tech degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience
- A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset with an unwavering focus on quality
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for creating innovative technical solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- SAP Certified Technical Specialist (preferred)
