Requirements
- Expertise in Java programming language and test automation frameworks.
- Strong skillset in AI, particularly in automating testing processes.
- Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in multiple technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, Web UI, etc.).
- Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines
- Experience with cloud technologies and their integration into testing tools and processes.

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements automated testing standards and best practices across a broad range of applications within the organization.
- Collaborates with central testing frameworks teams, architects, engineering directors, and senior application engineers to integrate business and technology requirements into automated testing approaches.
- Provides regular technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
- Drives the adoption of best practices, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and efficiency are maintained across all projects.
- Develops tools and practices for ensuring adherence to testing standards
- Creates and manages POCs to evaluate the feasibility and impact of new test automation technologies and methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Leads AI innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into processes to ensure the quality of application code and implementations, enhancing the firm's technological capabilities.
Other
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 10+ years of applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Ability to present and effectively communicate test automation strategies with Senior Leaders and Executives.
- Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
- Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
