With a culture rooted in innovation, transparency, and scale, they are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Operations to help scale their infrastructure supporting high-volume AI systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, MLOps, or data infrastructure
- Expertise in Python and SQL (especially Snowflake)
- Strong background in distributed systems and ML model deployment at scale
- Experience supporting large language models or retrieval-augmented generation systems
- Proficiency with software development best practices, including code reviews and CI/CD workflows
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture design
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or ArgoCD
- Experience with MLOps platforms and tools such as Weights & Biases, Triton Inference Server, Hugging Face, TensorRT, or ONNX
- Exposure to large-scale cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, OpenSearch)
Responsibilities
- Design and build large-scale infrastructure to ingest, process, and store multi-terabyte datasets from social and video platforms
- Implement MLOps pipelines that support scalable deployment of ML systems processing hundreds of millions of videos daily
- Integrate and support cutting-edge models including LLMs and multi-modal AI systems
- Optimize performance across distributed systems and ensure production-grade reliability
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enable seamless deployment from model development to inference
- Maintain rigorous standards in code testing, version control, and documentation
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in data engineering and machine learning infrastructure
