Requirements
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe development
- Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS
- Experience working in zOS environments and developing APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in mainframe environments
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to design scalable mainframe solutions
- Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and JCL
- Create and integrate new zOS-based APIs to enhance system functionality
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of development tasks

- Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams
- Proven track record of supporting testing and production implementation phases
