Taylor Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Developer to leverage deep technical skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment while contributing to critical enterprise initiatives, specifically with mainframe technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years mainframe experience utilizing COBOL, VSAM and other mainframe tools
- Expertise in DOS/VSE environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Quickjob is a plus
- Mainframe conversion experience highly desirable
- Experience in DOS/VSE environment
- Print and mail experience
Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain legacy systems
- Develop and support custom applications
- Coding fixes and new software development
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages
- Familiarity with standard development techniques (SDLC, OOD)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area
