Autodesk seeks to leverage AI agility to advance strategic initiatives, requiring a seasoned Senior Manager to develop programs and lead a team of agile professionals in this endeavor. The role aims to help the organization rethink strategy, planning, execution, and learning in an era of accelerated clock speeds and intelligent systems, optimizing organizational agility in the context of AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in agile practices, frameworks, and modern operating models at scale.
  • Experience coaching leaders and teams in AI-enabled agility or agentic workflows.
  • Previous commercial exposure to AI concepts or AI-driven product development preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc), source control (e.g., GitHub), and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop professional teams of AI Agility coaches
  • Serve as the organization’s senior coach for AI-augmented agility, helping leaders and teams integrate AI tools, agents, and workflows into agile practices.
  • Guide executives in evolving operating models, governance, and ways of working to leverage AI for faster value delivery and smarter decision-making.
  • Coach teams on adapting agile frameworks, cadences, and collaboration models to fit AI-driven development and continuous learning environments.
  • Partner with technology and business leaders to ensure agile practices remain adaptive and relevant as AI reshapes strategy, roles, and workflows.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of complex technical and AI agility programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Simplify complex AI concepts to enable clear, informed decision-making across functions.
