The company is looking to define and prioritize requirements for AI products, develop a strategic vision for their AI product space, and build AI-powered analytics products that provide real-time, actionable insights to various business units. They also aim to identify and pursue GenAI driven solutions adapting Business Intelligence to the future and lead the development of self-service AI analytics tools.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake SQL, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of AI, LLM’s, NLP, machine learning algorithms, and big data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services, and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Expertise in the SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management.
- Experience with systems integration, data governance, and security compliance
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tool such as Jira
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI agents, from concept and design through implementation, ensuring they are scalable, adaptive, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with client-facing teams to understand customer use cases, ensuring that conversational agents meet the needs of both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build AI-powered analytics products that provide real-time, actionable insights to various business units, including operations, and content teams.
- Identify and pursue GenAI driven solutions adapting Business Intelligence to the future.
- Lead the development of self-service AI analytics tools that enable different teams to access insights without needing deep technical expertise, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI analytics products.
- Use data insights to inform ongoing product development and business strategy.

- Team Building & Mentorship: As the team leader, you will be responsible for guiding team members, setting strategy and product deliverables, and monitoring progress towards those goals.
- Product Management: Develop and lead a long-term vision and strategy across all products, define and maintain product roadmaps and product integration strategy, and balance internal requirements with client requests and priorities.
- Cross-functional Influence: Engage with multiple clients, business units, and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and capabilities for internal development by our engineering partners.
- Communication: Create and present documentation to external and internal business partners where necessary, execute periodic product demos and walk-throughs for client product teams and internal leadership, and take a leadership role in leading a team of product owners and specialists.
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
