Kraft Heinz is seeking to drive the adoption and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and optimization technologies across its manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive business value.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python and/or R
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as Google Cloud AI Platform, Amazon SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other manufacturing software applications.
- Certification in AI, data science, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified AI Engineer)
- 5+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a related field, with a focus on applied AI in manufacturing or operations.
- Proven track record of delivering AI projects that drive business value and improve operations efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases that drive business value and align with Kraft Heinz's strategic objectives.
- Conduct data discovery, acquisition, and exploratory analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of AI applications.
- Develop business cases and proposals to secure funding and resources for AI projects.
- Experiment with available generative AI tools and technologies to identify opportunities for problem-solving applications on manufacturing data.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of AI and optimization applications to manufacturing sites, ensuring successful implementation and user acceptance.
- Partner with the Kraft Heinz tech team to develop and implement enhancements to production AI applications, improving adoption among operations user groups.
- Define success metrics that track application impact and performance
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing operations
- Ability to work in Chicago (AON) or one of our manufacturing facilities
- Must be eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
