Pilot Company is looking to solve the problem of extracting vast data sets and transforming those insights into new revenue generating products and strategic solutions in the energy sector
Requirements
- Experience managing technically complex programs across cross functional teams; able to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI and Advanced analytics in a business setting preferred
- Strong understanding of data and AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models preferred
- Strong fluency in AI/GenAI to bridge the gap between business and functional domains and communicate with both technical and business partners preferred
- Extensive experience using Agile methodology, and relevant tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with program/project management is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategic business roadmaps by collaborating with business leaders to identify and prioritize use cases, coordinate execution across teams, track progress, and report updates to leadership
- Provide guidance to a team of business strategists and analysts focused on delivering end-to-end data analytics to support enterprise growth and decision-making
- Promote the adoption of data enablement solutions by leveraging analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to meet business needs
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of data-driven products and services aligned with stakeholder requirements
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of digital tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data quality
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and addressing complex business challenges using data and advanced analytics
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to help identify innovative solutions that deliver business value
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, science or engineering fields required, Master’s or equivalent preferred
- Less than 5% travel required
- General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Able to work evenings and odd hours as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
