Church & Dwight is looking to solve financial planning, analysis, and reporting challenges in the Specialty Products Division (SPD) by hiring a Senior Manager of Finance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, financial management systems, and data visualization tools.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to financial activities.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Experience with financial management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the Specialty Products Division (SPD).
- Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, KPIs, and reports to assess the division's financial health.
- Manage financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and financial performance summaries.
- Oversee the data structure for the division in SAP and Oracle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging financial technologies to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with progressive managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
