Requirements
- MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience (Finance, Credit Card Services)
- 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
- Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends leveraging internal/external sources
- Project management skills to manage weekly routines and prioritize emerging topics
Responsibilities
- Lead FP&S revenue and expense forecasting and actuals routines
- Develop and maintain an End-to-End FP&S P&L that allows leaders to make informed decisions across the business
- Partner with leaders across Target to streamline and modernize financial reporting and modeling
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership that drive enterprise performance
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Outstanding communication skills to curate succinct messages on complex topics and deliver them audiences across various organizational levels
- Influential business partner with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills
