Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing CI/CD systems, OTA deployments, and software configuration at scale
- Strong technical foundation in build systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the DevOps strategy for vehicle software, mobile apps, retail systems, and build infrastructure
- Champion innovation in CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and tooling to support scalable software delivery
- Lead efforts to optimize over-the-air (OTA) software update operations, reducing latency and improving reliability
- Oversee tooling development for software release and deployment, ensuring robust, automated, and secure workflows
- Drive improvements in vehicle configuration data management, ensuring accuracy and traceability across platforms
- Monitor and enhance build infrastructure performance, including cloud-based Jenkins/GitLab runners and containerized environments
- Facilitate communication across geographically distributed teams, including offshore and contractor resources
