Digital Realty's Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Acceleration team needs to improve the quality, accessibility, and automation of customer data and associated workflows, particularly within Salesforce and its integrated platforms, to reduce manual burdens, enhance accuracy, and speed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce and customer data ecosystems
  • Strong foundation in process mapping, data architecture, and business process automation
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python; comfort with editing or maintaining integration logic
  • Build and maintain lightweight automations (e.g., with n8n, Python, or low-code tools) that enhance customer data handling and GTM process efficiency
  • Partner with IT and RevOps to influence Salesforce record structures, workflows, and custom development aligned with business needs
  • Support prototyping of AI agents or process assistants for tactical decision support
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact GTM initiatives focused on streamlining and automating lead-to-order processes
  • Map and analyze customer data flows and associated workflows (e.g., lead, opportunity, quote, contract, billing) across Salesforce and connected systems
  • Identify data inconsistencies, process inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
  • Apply data governance best practices to strengthen customer data quality, hierarchy models, and business rule enforcement
  • Build and maintain lightweight automations (e.g., with n8n, Python, or low-code tools) that enhance customer data handling and GTM process efficiency
  • Partner with IT and RevOps to influence Salesforce record structures, workflows, and custom development aligned with business needs
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements

Other

  • 5–8 years of experience across GTM operations, analytics engineering, sales strategy, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and project execution capability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements, ensuring alignment with broader GTM and customer experience strategies
