Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to transform data into actionable insights for their marketing efforts, develop robust analytics frameworks, create user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools, and build strong partnerships with marketing leaders to drive informed decisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing attribution models
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Advanced understanding of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo and 6sense.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear insights and easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Experience in enabling business teams through standardized data practices and tools.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-friendly dashboards that simplify access to critical marketing analytics and reporting packs that blend data with storytelling to highlight areas of success and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making, enabling teams to effectively leverage data and fostering a culture of standardized data usage throughout the organization.
- Partner with Sales Analytics on reporting alignment and ensure consistency in how data is interpreted and utilized across departments.
- Analyze, refine, and communicate insights across campaigns, content performance, lead generation, digital channels, and overall marketing ROI.
- Provide expert guidance on the best marketing practices by utilizing attribution models and influencing marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing efforts and recommend ways to optimize current strategies for increased impact.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, marketing analytics, sales analytics, and other stakeholders to establish and align on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and continual learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of advocating for data and its role in decision-making.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a similar field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
