JPMorganChase within the Consumer and Community Banking Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms team is looking to advance operational efficiencies and functionalities by providing technical coaching and advisory for multiple technical teams, and anticipating the needs and potential dependencies of other functions within the firm.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, REST services, Spring and Spring Boot
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and React
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS especially Terraform, EKS, ECS, and Lambda
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operation stability
- Strong Adobe product experience (esp. Content Fragments, Adobe Workfront Fusion, Firefly), including design and implementation of production-grade solutions
- Familiarity with GraphQL
Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level engineers working on basic to moderately complex tasks
- Executes solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Works in an Agile development environment with team members, including Product Owners
- Develops secure, high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others, and drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations
- Ensures quality and completeness of the product through unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus and actively contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the end-to-end development life cycle
- Influence peers and project decision makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies

- Experience managing software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade solutions

- Collaborate with various stakeholders and independently tackle design and functionality challenges with minimal oversight
