JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking on the Partner Channel team within Card is looking to enhance partner experiences and expand their customer value proposition by developing high-quality code and building solutions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages in particular, the Java/J2EE stack
  • Experience with building APIs - RESTful APIs, Spring Boot
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL
  • Strong coding fundamentals – Algorithms & Data Structures
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture & application design processes.
  • AWS certification
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

  • Developing high-quality code and building solutions that enhance partner experiences and expand our customer value proposition.
  • Setting strategic technical direction and solve complex problems.
  • Leading engineering team, will ensure the delivery of business, product, and technology-promote initiatives.
  • Building proof-of-concept & simulation applications to validate partner solutions.
  • Aligning business strategy with technical execution, ensuring partner initiatives comply with firm-wide risk & architecture guidelines.
  • Hit the ground running with an API-first mindset
  • Work with a team that develops smart and scalable solutions and provide a solid experience for our partners

Other

  • Formal training or certification on technology project management concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • In addition, 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
  • BS in Computer Science / Engineering or a similar technical degree
  • Passion for automating & excelling at identifying gaps in processes
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
