Smile Doctors is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product & Growth to support product and patient acquisition functions with a focus on strategy alignment and execution across key initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the leadership in product and patient acquisition to drive strategic priorities and ensure alignment across Smile Express, Patient Acquisition, and related initiatives
- Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects, from planning and execution to measurement and communication
- Own operating rhythms such as quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and business reviews; ensuring decisions are documented and acted upon
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials that distill complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives
- Facilitate communication and coordination across Product, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, and Finance to keep teams focused and informed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and accountability across key processes
- Support strategic planning and analysis, including goal setting, KPIs, and progress tracking
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field required
- Seven (7) years of marketing program management, operations, strategy, or consulting, required; high-growth, consumer, or healthcare service organizations preferred
