Responsibilities
- Ensures product is available at the right location, at the right time in order to satisfy customer demand, through developing and analyzing data, planning and coordinating inventory strategies, and through monitoring and communicating trends to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate trends related to product of out of stocks. Determine appropriate solution to prevent future occurrences.
- Attends meetings related to the Sensku status of SKUs, delegates work effectively to reduce obsolescence, and maintains proper inventory levels for all market units.
- Work closely with vendors, bottler partners, and the NPSG (Network Planning and Supply Group) to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely product flows across the supply chain.
- Owns safety stock settings reviews, manages allocation processes for supply chain disruptions, and attends S&OE meetings.
- Responsible for setting clear, SMART objectives for planners, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support professional development through training opportunities and systems like Lyric, BlueYonder, TMS, SAP, and Tableau.

- High school diploma or GED
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Logistics) preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead the team and maintain communication during emergencies
