CVS Health is looking to manage a team of developers and business analysts to provide operational support and application enhancements in the Medicare space.
Requirements
- full stack stack software development experience (.NET preferred) in a team lead position
- at least 2 years of experience managing a software development team with a solid understanding of DevSecOps
- Strong understanding of full stack development technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated throughout the development process.
- Experience with Cloud integration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure architectural and engineering integrity, advocating for best practices in software development and DevSecOps.
- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to align development efforts with business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging participation in training and development opportunities.
