McKesson is looking to solve business and technical problems related to the PSaS Distribution Services organization by leading a team of developers to deliver projects and manage large cross-functional Supply Chain and WMS software development projects through all lifecycle phases.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and languages (e.g., RPG)
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Expertise in data storage subsystems, data modeling, and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans; track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review project plans and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to corporate standards for software development methodologies, tools, and platforms.
- Keep abreast of new technological developments.
- Work closely with product management and marketing to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
