Requirements
- Software Development using C, .NET or Java
- Build REST services for high volume transactions in highly available environments
- Build web applications using JavaScript frameworks including Angular, React, and Vue
- Cloud frameworks and design patterns including Micro-services, Micro-UI, 12-factor design, and OOD
- Devs Ops, CI/CD, Test Automation, and Test Driven Development
- Cloud-ready applications including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- SQL or NoSQL solutions including SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Hadoop
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting of technology for Advisor Service Technology applications.
- Provide technical leadership for team members, including coaching and mentoring of more junior technical resources.
- Support applications and systems in a production environment and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Review requirements and translate them into a documented technical design.
- Work with an Agile team to deliver solutions.
- Interact with individuals from across Schwab in different supporting organizations and business groups.
Other
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
- Position allows for 100% remote work.
- Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX.
