Requirements
- Possess a software development background with expertise in modern cloud-native programming languages (Python, Go) and traditional ones (Java, .NET, Javascript)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
- Experience with GenAI, SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and integrating with modern platforms.
- Exposure to serverless technologies, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
- Drive execution of engineering projects with a focus on speed, quality, and customer impact.
- Promote best practices with quality and timely delivery in mind.
- Promote the use of SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
- Partner with architects and principal engineers to ensure sound design and implementation practices.
- Lead engineering teams in applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality software.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensure backlog health, remove delivery obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency across cross-functional teams.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in engineering management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business context and delivery urgency.
- Experience working with offshore, contracted, and diverse engineering teams, with the ability to coordinate across time zones and drive outcome-based delivery while ensuring smooth collaboration.

- Salary range: $160,000 - $195,000 (bonus eligible)
